i have taken my supplements for 2 day s now, you have to take them with food for sure or you get sick to your stomach. I am feeling a bit sickly anyway. David brought home a sickness and is coughing and sneezing it up all over the house. i have a sore throat today, and starting to cough.
i am sitting here waiting for Andrew to come home with sandwiches for out lunch, and also waiting for pat to call. i can hardly wait for July 3rd to come around.
